Most pieces take 2 to 5 business days. Personalized and custom orders may take a little longer.

What is it made of, and will it survive a Lebanese summer?
Mostly matte PLA, a corn-starch based plastic that is rigid and matte. It softens around 60 °C, so keep it off a sunlit windowsill and never leave it in a parked car; a dashboard passes 70 °C in August. If you need a piece for a balcony, a car or a bathroom, ask us for PETG instead and we will print it in that.
Can you print anything I send you?
Not everything. By sending us a file, image or idea, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that the requested item is lawful. We may decline any request that is unsafe, prohibited, infringes someone else's rights, or is simply not something we are comfortable producing.
We answer our own messages.
There is no support desk. It is us, on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.
